Vended Refund & Return Policy

At Vended, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

ou may request a return within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Wigs and hair products (unless defective)
  • Earrings or pierced jewelry
  • Perfumes/fragrances (if opened or used)
  • Sale or discounted items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos/videos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is faulty)

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes (if applicable)
  • Defective products

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

7. South African Consumer Rights

This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, which allows customers:

  • A 6-month warranty on defective goods
  • The right to repair, replace, or refund faulty items
