1. Returns Eligibility
ou may request a return within 7 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Wigs and hair products (unless defective)
- Earrings or pierced jewelry
- Perfumes/fragrances (if opened or used)
- Sale or discounted items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos/videos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is faulty)
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes (if applicable)
- Defective products
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
